Terms, cancellation and refunds.

Effective 15 August 2026 · Please read these before paying for a seat.

1 · Organiser and workshop

The organiser is AI REALIST OOD („АИ РЕАЛИСТ“ ООД), EIK 208702317, registered at 128 Osmi Primorski Polk Blvd., floor 2, office 6, Varna, Bulgaria. The managing director is Liudmila Sukhareva. Contact: hello@airealist.org.

The Agentic AI Masterclass is an in-person workshop in Munich on Thursday 8 October 2026, 09:00–18:00. The precise venue address and practical setup information will be sent to registered participants before the event.

2 · Price and payment

The early-bird price is €790 per person until 10 September 2026. From 11 September 2026, the price is €890 per person. Both prices are VAT exempt under the EU small enterprises scheme (BG208702317-EX); no VAT is charged.

You may pay by card through Stripe or by SEPA bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe. For SEPA, use the unique payment reference sent to you by email. A seat is reserved once payment has been received.

3 · Cancellation, refunds and transfers

You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund up to 15 calendar days before the workshop start date. Email hello@airealist.org with your booking name and payment reference.

After that point, your seat may be transferred to a colleague at no cost. Please email their full name and email address before the workshop. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to your booking.

4 · If we change or cancel the event

If the organiser must cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund. If the date or venue changes materially, you may choose a refund or transfer to the replacement event. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs booked independently.

5 · Participation requirements

Please bring your personal laptop, charger and administrator rights to install the workshop tools. A locked-down work laptop cannot be used for the workshop.

If you do not already have a suitable AI subscription, the workshop fee includes reimbursement for one month of ChatGPT Plus. Buy the subscription on your own account and email the receipt to workshops@airealist.org for reimbursement.

Any additional AI-subscription charges, API usage, add-ons, extra subscription months, or other third-party tool costs are the participant's responsibility. Participants must keep their account credentials and API keys private.

Please do not upload confidential, personal or otherwise restricted third-party material into AI tools unless you have the right to do so.

6 · Your work and conduct

You retain the rights to the work you create during the workshop. AI Realist does not publish your work or identify you without your consent. We may ask a participant to leave if their conduct seriously disrupts the workshop or puts others at risk; no refund is due in that case.

7 · Liability and applicable law

The workshop is educational. We do not guarantee a particular business, technical or financial result from the tools or ideas explored. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury, and any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

Bulgarian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

8 · Privacy

We use your registration details only to organise this event, process payment and issue an invoice if requested. See the AI Realist privacy notice for more information.

These terms state the workshop’s booking rules and voluntary refund policy. They do not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
